3.1 Product Scope: The products we sell include dietary supplements and low-dose pharmaceuticals. All products comply with the relevant regulatory requirements of Sweden.
3.2 Product Information: We strive to accurately present product information but do not guarantee its absolute accuracy. Manifest errors and typographical mistakes are not binding.
3.3 International Sales Confirmation: As the purchaser, you must confirm and guarantee that your country or region permits the receipt of the Products we ship, and that such Products are not prohibited from sale within your jurisdiction. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the import regulations and product usage requirements of your country or region. We reserve the right to refuse Orders due to restrictions imposed by the destination country.
3.4 Health Statement: Our Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Orders and Payment
4.1 Order Generation: Upon selecting Products, completing the delivery address, and confirming the order details, the system will generate the Order.
4.2 Prices and Taxes: All listed prices include applicable value-added tax, which we bear ourselves. International orders may incur additional customs duties, taxes, shipping fees, or other charges, which shall be borne by you.
4.3 Payment Security: We employ a standards-compliant payment processing system to ensure the security of your payment information.

5. Delivery Services
5.1 Delivery Method: We deliver products to you through partnered third-party courier companies.
5.2 Delivery Risk: Once the product is handed over to the carrier, the risk of transport transfers to you. If the product is damaged or lost during transit, you should contact the carrier to file a claim; we will provide reasonable assistance.
5.3 Receipt Confirmation: You must inspect the integrity of the packaging upon receipt of the Product. If any damage is found, please promptly record it on the delivery note and immediately notify us.

五、配送服务
5.1配送方式：我们通过合作的第三方快递公司为您配送产品。
5.2配送风险：产品交付给承运人后，运输风险即转移给您。如产品在运输途中损坏或丢失，您应联系承运人提出索赔，我们将提供合理协助。
5.3收货确认：您应在收到产品时检查包装完整性，如有损坏请及时在快递单上注明并立即通知我们。

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
6.1 Right of Withdrawal: Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date you receive the Product, without providing any reason.
6.2 Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
– Goods that deteriorate rapidly due to health protection or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken
– Goods that have been customized or personalized at your request
– Sealed audio, video recordings, or computer software products that have been unsealed
6.3 Return Procedure: To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (such as via email or the online system). The product must be returned within 14 days after notifying us; returns after this period will be considered a waiver of the right to return. Return shipping costs shall be borne by you and deducted from the refund.
6.4 Refund: We will refund all payments (after deducting shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

六、撤销权与退货
6.1撤销权：根据欧盟消费者保护法，您有权在收到产品之日起14天内无需说明理由撤销购买合同。

7.3 The aforementioned limitations shall not apply to liabilities resulting from our gross negligence or willful misconduct, nor to liabilities for personal injury, or to any liabilities that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
7.4 We and the third-party courier service providers are independent legal entities. We shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or damages occurring during the courier service process, except where such liabilities directly result from our negligence.
